loup by virginie van den bogaert

as the harsh sun is shining down, the loup is driving an elephant, who's riding on a bike, who's pulling a carriage with a cat in it. is the cat holding on to his dear life or just merely peering out the window? what a mischievous piece of work by virginie van den bogaert.

anisette brasserie

indulge in a pain au chocolat et café for le petit dejeuner, and maybe stay for dejeuner (try the warm goat cheese beet salad and moules frites - trés délicieux). lastly, finish off your fantastic meal with some vacherin glacé (lavender ice cream). i love, love paris and i'm ecstatic, chef alain giraud has brought anisette brasserie into our neighborhood. now, if only i could walk to the eiffel tower after lunch. . .

happy red, white and blue weekend!
