tanya aguiniga makes furniture, accessories and installations deeply influenced by her mexican and american heritage. i had the pleasure of meeting her, along with the ladies billie and tootie of reform school as well as grace from design*sponge at the la biz ladies meetup.i wouldn't mind spending more evenings meeting inspiring strong, independent ladies; lounging on eames chairs in the dwr store; eating boule pastries whilst sitting amongst 200+ independent design and artsy business ladies.
